Upgrade to HARDLOCK V7.0 required before November 2010

• The Petroleum Experts IPM and IFM software currently works with old versions of the HARDLOCK software (e.g. V5.5 or V6.1).
• However this will not be the case from November 2010 when new annual codes will be issued for all maintained licenses. From November 2010, only HARDLOCK V7.0 or later will allow IPM or IFM software to work.
• Therefore it is important that your company verifies the HARDLOCK version being run today and upgrades it to V7.0 if necessary.
• Petex is currently (July 2010) sending out an email to the main IT contact advising how to check the version of the HARDLOCK and, if need be, how to upgrade to the HARDLOCK V7.0.

WARNING

If you have an older version of the HARDLOCK software installed and you do not upgrade to HARDLOCK V7.0 you will not be able to run Petroleum Experts software after November 2010.
